The Esther House, implemented in partnership with Wholistic Transformation Resource Center (WTRC), is a transition house focusing on the post-shelter and reintegration support for abused and trafficked survivors and women at-risk aged 18 and above. It provides a safe environment for its residents to learn biblical values, life skills and technical skills through services and activities designed to address their specific needs. The project aims to provide programs and activities that will empower them into becoming self-sufficient, independent and responsible young women who are able to effectively reintegrate into the mainstream community.
