The program aims to support the college education of qualified residents as well as other previous clients and youth from the community who are unable to pursue their college education due to poverty. Criteria on the eligibility of possible beneficiaries will be base on their academic competencies to complete their selected discipline, desire to complete the chosen course and their willingness and determination to work and contribute to their college expenses.
